This aperitivo brings together Ottolenghi’s favourite aromatics with Botivo's bittersweet botanicals. Expect the tang of pomegranate molasses, black lime for gentle sourness, cardamom for warmth, while rose gives bright, floral notes. The result is a complex, exquisitely refreshing aperitivo (non alcoholic).

Mix with sparkling or soda water and enjoy over ice with a fresh lime wheel. Each bottle makes 20 drinks.
