Begin your evening with Botivo, the non-alcoholic aperitivo handmade in small batches on Lannock Farm. Crafted with real botanicals and no shortcuts. 

The original is a combination of five powerful botanicals: rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood leaf and orange zest, infused on a backdrop of aged British apple cider vinegar balanced with organic wildflower honey. Serve with soda or sparkling water over ice and add a juicy orange wedge. 

Partnered with our Limited Edition Ottolenghi flavour. This aperitivo brings together Ottolenghi’s favourite aromatics with our signature bittersweet botanicals. Expect the tang of pomegranate molasses, black lime for gentle sourness, cardamom for warmth, while rose gives bright, floral notes. Serve with soda and a lime wheel.
