Introducing our limited edition collaboration with Berry Bros. & Rudd - a smoky, woody, bittersweet creation that has been years in the making.

Our base of British apple cider vinegar has been resting in Islay whisky barrels for 3 years to extract the barrel’s rich flavours. This has then been infused with real peat, cherry bark and gentian before being balanced out with wildflower honey. The result is a complex creation that marries the woody notes of the barrel and cherry bark with the smoky tones of peat and the bittersweet flavours of gentian and wildflower honey.

Serve with soda in a highball with ice and a slice of fresh lemon. Sip, wind down and savour. 

When mixed with soda as suggested, each drink is <0.2% ABV. Each bottle makes 20 drinks.
